Ultrasound-Guided Puncture

Categories
Endoscopic ultrasound-guided puncture is a method used to diagnose lesions of the gastrointestinal tract, posterior mediastinal organs, central lung and lung gates and lymph nodes of the tracheobronchial tree.

Ultrasound-guided puncture allows verifying the diagnosis with an accuracy of 85-95% and is therefore considered the most important tool in the diagnosis of cancer.
