Before the equipment and its components are put into production, they undergo numerous tests for reliability, durability and safety, so warranty cases are extremely rare.

In case of defects or malfunction of the equipment, NOVIRS provides prompt replacement or repair of the equipment taking under its control all organizational and logistical issues.
 
The warranty covers all equipment except consumables.

The warranty does not cover situations where the following cases are identified:
  - presence of mechanical damage;
  - broken seals;
  - damage to the equipment due to natural disasters or environmental influences;
  - misuse of the equipment;
  - improper handling of the equipment, including the use of chemical agents and sterilizers not recommended by the manufacturer for use with Olympus equipment;
  - Improper storage and transportation;
  - use of consumables, accessories and software not approved by the manufacturer for use with Olympus equipment;
  - violation of the operating rules specified in the operating manual;
  - independent and unauthorized repair, disassembly, removal, relocation and installation of the equipment;
 - damage caused by moisture penetration into the electronic and mechanical components of the equipment (seal failure).

Warranty maintenance is carried out by the qualified specialists with possibility to provide replacement equipment for the time of repair of the device.

When the warranty period expires, you can conclude a contract for post-warranty service: quarterly scheduled technical inspections, which are a guarantee of safe operation of the equipment.
